Confusing communication. I was at no fault. The insurance carrier paid you in full after getting the quote. Travis wanted me to schedule a time to drop my car, and I told him I’d drop it AFTER all the parts came in. I was not going to have a rental, and he said repairs would be 3 days. I finally demanded he order parts since they were all paid for in full. Almost 3 weeks later parts were in, and I finally dropped the car off. Looked fine at pick up.
