Handled the claim well, however communication about my other estimate was less than stellar, with the estimator stating she forgot to respond and now that the other claim was over the previous estimate would increase due to being done at a separate time. I sent multiple emails and called after the original reply on 10/12 where a vm was left and I called right back.

Always great service and a perfect fix, restoring your car to like the accident never happened. I have used Maurice's for over 30 years when needed and I can tell you they never disappoint. My insurance gives me a choice of approved certified shops and I always choose them. Only 5 cars in 30 years, but all were fixed like new.

I was initially not happy, since I had to return for some adjustments that were incomplete; however, the owner of the company (as I was told) came to my rescue and resolved all issues. I was impressed with his attention to my concerns and left with a positive response.

I mean the work wasn’t entirely bad, but again it is still lifted and now I have an issue with the dash lights

The left bumper is still a bit lifted and I have to push it into place. For whatever reason, the lights of my dash dims down when the headlights are on and brightens when they’re off now. That was not an issue before.
