I was very impressed with the seamless process of my collision inspection and repair process. When I received my estimate it was very well detailed with every entity of each part from my vehicle all the way down to bolts. I have never see an estimate sheet this transparent. There is no doubt that Maurice Auto Collision Shop is the ultimate Geigo repair shop. There's not an area that I could ever identified that my truck was in an accident. I rate this facility a 5 start if i could give a 10 then they have truly earned it. I am very greatful to them and will recommend them. The actual repair work on my vehicle was fantastic and my car looks great. However, the customer service and communication could have been better. When I picked up my car, I was given the keys without anyone reviewing the repairs with me, and I had to point out that a piece from my bumper was still missing from the accident. Thankfully, the woman who helped me when I returned to have the part installed was very pleasant. Overall, excellent repair work (aside from a missing piece), but the front desk experience and communication could use improvement.
