It was a long drawn out process 3 months to get about $5,000 of work done. Something that could have been done in 2 weeks. 3 months when I asked for a discount on my deductible for the months I've been waiting paying out of pocket for my own rental car. Nothing. Unbelievable

First and foremost, huge shout-out to Pedro, who helped me out so much with the whole process. Being a first time car owner, its a little nerve wrecking to leave my car with a company that is not my car's brand. But the automating messaging system helped me keep track of what was happening with my car and eased my worries a lot more. Additionally Pedro was super helpful and even offered to stay after hours after I told him my concerns of getting off of work at a later time. I'm glad everything worked out and MB Collision was able to help me. Thank you so much!

Car looks great… customer service was top notch. I was getting updates regarding the repairs almost every other day. In constant communication with Eric, the main contact person at the body shop. Detailed list of the repairs almost every and they also took care of the rental car return.
