Service was great. Only drawback was my car wasn’t truly ready on the date given. I say that because I called the afternoon it was to be done and I was told it may be tomorrow. They would let me know. I ended rushing to get there when it was ready bc it was almost closing time. The outside had white residue of some sort that the guys came out and said it will come off. The inside had a paper floor mat which I removed and my mat was all dirty, the foot rest and brake were covered in dirt. The car interior has a dirty handprint on the cloth interior, the new windshield has big streaks all over it that I need to clean. The trunk must have been used bc there was dirt / debris and scratches in the interior. I say this bc this is a 2024 car and I have kept it meticulous and it was not in this condition when I dropped it off. My guess is they wanted to get the car done on time and rushed.
