They could have given me a courtesy call and said that traffic was backed up from a serious wreck and had Galbraith Rd and Reading road shut down for over an hour

They told me it be ready Friday the 18th called me on Wednesday the 16 saying it was ready and basically giving me a 2 hr window to get there. I was busy doing something else. Ran into a bad traffic jam in front of your shop and sat in traffic for an half hour. They could have to me to come get on Thursday after all that wreck was. Learned up.

McClusky is very convenient and the staff is professional and courteous. My only complaint is the confusion over the automated text messages. I was later told to ignore them — so why are they sent?
