The communication from Haley and John was excellent. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was not. I was told my truck was ready and it was visibly not fixed. The second time the team indicated my truck was ready John intervened and discovered the driving shaft needed replacing. It’s unconscionable that the repair team didn’t meet the safety and quality standards.

The girls at the front that handle the paperwork are amazing, it seems like everything is fine (so far) since getting my car back. Only thing that needs to change is the horrible communication with the body shop. If they’d just be transparent with everything, I wouldn’t have been disappointed to find out hours before the original date I was supposed to pick my car up, that they were still waiting on a part. I had to go back n forth with my claims adjuster, just to get information the body shop was not telling me.
