I do want to share my concerns regarding the repair. When I picked up my vehicle, the tire pressure sensor light was already on. I specifically asked for a maintance check to make sure everything was good with the car before I picked it up, but I still noticed some damage that had not been addressed. In addition, there seems to be an issue with the exhaust or the pipes—I’m hearing a noticeable sound that wasn’t there before. These are things that should have been inspected before releasing the vehicle, especially right before the holiday before thanksgiving . Before you release a car it should be a test drive done before anything . That should be mandatory and protocol

I received my car back, but it was not totally repaired. I’m still waiting on a beveled piece for my front bumper to come in… I was given back my car and told that they will call me once the part comes in.

It would’ve been nice to receive a call, letting me know that they were still waiting on a part instead of giving me back my car and now having to take it back to have them put the other part on. I’m really displeased about this inconvenience.

The area on the bottom of the car in front of the wheel well is not even it makes me feel like the doors aren’t even. The repair man stated that the part in that area was thin and difficult to adjust perfectly and it was fixed according to what State Farm told them to do. If the area is thin and it was not replaced it sounds like the area could eventually break somewhere down the line. I feel my car should not be a situation which it was repaired just enough to get by.
