Erika in the service department provided excellent customer service! She even left a cute little teddy bear for my little girl in the car when I picked it up. They went above and beyond to get my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. Excellent service!

McConnell went above and beyond! Not only did they fix my bumper, they cleaned the inside and outside of my car. The staff was amazing and even took me to the rental car place because they were not answering the phone and I needed to get to work. I couldn’t say enough great things about McConnell during a stressful time for me!

McConnell collision have done a vantastic job on my car, it came out absolutely perfect and I would like to say a big thank you to Thomas Hinz and Ercia Parks for handling everything with my insurance company. They explained the process and always kept me up to date on everything, you can't ask for better service. It was a great experience. Would also like to thank the guys in the shop who worked on my car. I truly believe they are the best technicians in Mobile. From the front of the shop to the back these guys are the best of the best.
