As part of the McConnell GMC franchise dealership, we are a factory trained and certified GM body shop. It has been 20+ years since I have had to make a claim on my insurance and this has been hands down a very smooth experience. Gary, Kelly, and Tina are all very knowledgeable and so friendly. They kept me informed during the entire process and guided me along the way. I couldn’t be happier with their level of customer service. I also had some work performed on my vehicle in the service department. Bruce was my advisor and he was very helpful in keeping me informed and advising me on the steps I needed to take to utilize my extended warranty. We were able to get the work approved and completed in a timely manner. I am very thankful. I definitely recommend the Collision Center and the Service Department!
