If you’re up for asking for an estimate and getting your car worked on prior to you approving the estimate, taking what seems like an exceptional amount of time for the work to be done, as well as only getting communication about 9 out of 10 times because you initiate it, then this is your place to go. I originally took my car here because I did not agree with the insurance assessment of damages. My request was for a comparison estimate. When I called (and note it was me who called) to find out about the estimate, I was informed that the paint-less dent repair people had already done their repairs… Then I was informed the car needed a new roof. Quietly, I decided since work had started, I would just let it go and continue. If I had known then what I know now, I would have stopped it in its tracks and not been quiet about it. I can say positively in all of this, that the repairs seem to have been done well at this point, but my first paragraph pretty well describes my experience.

They did a great job on repair . No complaints other than it took 2 months because their supplier had the headlight on back order. Out of their control but only reason I would say 7 instead of 10 .
