Took to long for repair 3 months, car was delivered with dead battery and dirty. was not asked to test drive and explain what was done. Is now at another dealership getting checked out to make sure repairs were completed correctly

The service was so bad I bought a GMC pickup just to have vehicle during the ridiculous timeline. I previously owned Ford only for 20 years

Door handle was left unplugged inside the panel and needed a reset. This was fixed before taking the vehicle. Damaged horn wires wrapped in electrical tape vs being de-pinning the plug and heat shrink. ~ 6" trail of tool marks left in the paint on the inside of the door Otherwise job was completed to satisfaction.
