I am so incredibly pleased with the amazing service I received from Richard. He went above and beyond, and kept me up to date with the progress of my repairs. I have an older vehicle and it can be difficult to find the necessary parts. But Richard made me feel so comfortable, knowing how things were going and not just leaving me in the dark. I also want to thank the two gentlemen who gave me rides (I cant remember their names) to and from the body shop. They were both very polite and quick to arrive.
