We are a down to earth company that has experienced tremendous changes in this industry over the years. Since this was my first time using them, I've heard thru the years what good work they done, with that being said, my husband and myself were very satisfied with the dent work and paint job. They even washed my car. I really appreciated that. I had no problems, it was a no fault accident of mine, even the other insurance company was very fast in responding to my claim. So to sum it all up, the personel, work and customer service was in my opinion very professional. Would recommend them to anyone, but hopefully not me, meaning I hope I don't have anymore wrecks. God forbid though, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thanks to everyone who played a part in getting my Rouge back to me!
