I liked how they were keeping me up to date on how everything was going with text updates. I also liked that they were able to fixed my mirror right away after I noticed it wasn’t working. Overall good experience from the call over the phone to being there in person and good mechanical work.

The damage to the truck bed right side forward of the rear wheel well extending forward to the passenger front door was extensive requiring a door replacement and deep damage to the bed. Wasn’t an easy job by no means. The repair is like new, pulling the metal out was a job in itself they did with perfection. As an Aerospace Structural Technician I knew the frustration must’ve been high due to the extent of the damage. Bottom line if I didn’t know any better, they replaced the bed with a new bed. My utmost respect goes out to all the Technicians.
