I’m sure this review is going to fall on deaf ears but, the quality of the repair was bad! So bad, that it had to be returned to be fixed correctly. On the same day I brought it home, I called the collision center to let them know of their work and was told it would be 2 weeks before they could get it back in to correct the multiple problems. This kind of work looks really bad on your name and reputation.

They did very good. They forgot a couple things to do. And my car door still whistles when I’m driving but other than that they did very well. Tbh I thought they clean your car after working on it but they don’t.

They did a fantastic job. My truck looks and runs just like it did before. I also thought they were responsive and professional in the office and the timing of the repair was reasonable.

I came in January 2022 for estimate. I was told to check back in 2 mths since parts were back ordered. I called every 2 months and always told parts were on backorder I called in August and was told they couldn't find my original estimate and didn't know anything about my repair. Eventually I got an appt for repair. Was told 1 week but it took almost 2 weeks. During this time I called 3x asking for update and never received a return call. I came by and finally got to talk to rep. He didn't know much either but at least walked over to the shop building to check on it. Very disappointed in customer service
