Up until we received the car back, the service was great and we were notified in a timely matter of the progress. Our chief concern is we found an issue with our right side quarter panel which we addressed with them the next day. However, due to a tornado touch down early that morning and the weather being bad as well as losing power, they were under pressure so they asked if we could look at this another good day, particularly weather day so still awaiting to hear from them. I’m slightly concerned that if all money has been paid, they may not follow back up?
