Josh at Mclarty Daniel was the best tech I have ever worked with. He was in constant contact with us explaining what was going on with our vehicle. He went above and beyond helping us with communication, explanations and service. We will be back because of him if the need ever arises. He should be commended on his excellent care. Great shop, only gave a 6 because where my bumper doesn’t line up its very noticeable. Just have to check and make sure it’s right.

Car looks great except one part of the bumper still doesn’t sit flush with the back panel. The other side sits flush. And the driver tail light still has the scratch from the damage. Which I thought would be replaced considering my insurance should have covered it.

They could have cleaned up the broken glass better and wipe the new paint down before they clear coated it. We have spots where the clear coat didn’t bond.
