Great group of people at Mel's. My issue was a small issue, but I still got the VIP treatment. I hope I don't need an auto body shop again, but I wouldn't hesitate to take my car back to Mel's.

I mainly dealt with Wyatt during my car’s service. I was very satisfied with his customer service, he promptly answered any and all questions I had and patiently listened to me whenever I described a concern. Wyatt took the time to visually inspect my vehicle and explained the process in detail. I did not have any problems with my insurance coverage, even with several supplemental claims. Everyone else that I spoke to at Mel’s was very helpful and ensured I had been taken care of if I was waiting in the lobby. My car looks fantastic and I am so happy with the results. The team also detailed the interior, as well as washed the exterior. I am so pleased with the condition I got it back in. Thank you so much to Wyatt and the Mel’s team for making my first ever insurance claim and auto body experience so pleasant!
