Car repair ok so far but loaner car was a disaster my wife and i were stuck in stevens point when the car failed unable to get help to get home thank goodness i knew a fellow in point that came to our aid called police in point not to tow car until i could contact Menke called that night but on response found out that Menke did not open on till 7:30 and body shop at 8 nothing posted on phone for us to know this we received at least 5 emails for your survey but not one i am sorry for the inconvenience That we had i gave the person money for his trouble but looking at the bill in which i payed when picking up the car you charged the insurance co $1.29 shop supplies i can be contacted at 715 302 5020 thank you

Everyone was very helpful and did a good job. I did have to go back to get a SD card put back in. Then a rubber strip was discovered missing and that was found and put back in. Overall you guys did a great job.
