The adjuster and assistant body shop manager went out of their way to accommodate and explain what they were going to do with the rear car door. They also kept me informed as to the progress on the repairs being done, was also extremely impressed with the loaner I was able to use. When the repairs were finished and I looked it over again was impressed as to the finished look could not tell the rear door was replaced along with the matching of cars original paint and clear coat application. A shout out to the men in the body shop for the fantastic workmanship. I would absolutely recommend Menke’s auto repair. Thanks to Bartlett Ins. for the highly recommendation given to Mende’s Auto repair

Great and cool people but still no really communication from them about timing of parts and say they will call me but never did ,all in all I shouldn't have to reach out first when my car took 3 times as long.
