Received no communication. Called several times when damage was missed on the estimate and never received a response. Didn't get any updates on Tuesday/Thursday as I should have. I texted and asked when my vehicle would be ready on Wednesday since I had no communication. I finally got a response and was told my vehicle would be ready the following day. No surprise, I didn't hear anything the following day or even on Friday. I called again on Monday and was told my vehicle would be ready. My spouse & I work in the industry and were very disappointed in the communication.

They were so great—again! Even stayed a couple minutes late so we could drop our car off the same afternoon as the accident. Quick, professional and honest so we’re returning customers.

I would say overall quality of the work was very good minus one insignificant issue. Overall, I would say it was a very good experience despite setbacks that Meridian Collision had no control over.

It was a long and difficult process with much frustration toward the insurance company and Ford Motor Company but your customer service was very polite and the adjuster Donnie was great to deal with the whole way.

Everyone i interacted with was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. The work done was excellent and they even went above and beyond and cleaned my car, it was very nicely done and very much appreciated.

Scheduling, estimate and drop-off were seamless. They even provided me with a ride after dropping my car off at the location. I did not get any follow-up communication on the status of my repair, confirmation of timeline, or on completion of repairs, although each of these was promised when I dropped off the car. I had to call several times to find out if my car was going to be ready on the day I was scheduled to pick it up and had several times when they promised to call back but did not. Finally I had to get a ride to the facility and once I walked in, they told me the car was ready and I was able to take it within 5 minutes. This lack of communication after drop-off was very frustrating and took my time from my job.
