Never called to update! I always had to call them! Called and told me my car was ready when I called to let them know I was coming to get it they told me the lady in charge of my file was gone and they donât know what she did with the key! So I had to wait another day to get it! I got my truck back and the forgot to plug in my back lights! When I called to let them know my left signal was blinking faster than my right signal the guy told me my light was probably out and to replace it to fix the problem I then said okay just making sure you didnât forget to plug anything in he then told me no we definitely plugged it in. I buy the light and low and behold! The lights were not plugged in!! They did horrible service! The lady in charge of my file Candice did not let me know anything about my truck when I picked it up then I came back because my bumper looked off she told me that it was from âprevious â damage and thatâs the best they could do! Now why wouldnât you call me or at least let me know when I picked it up! The job was not finished I still had chip paint from the accident that they did not repair because they said it was previous! Horrible horrible horrible!!! I went here cause I heard good reviews but I was sadly not satisfied at all!!!

If an insurance company asks us to repair it here, next time will say I would rather not have ot repaired at all if only place was here

Try to estimate a real date next time and dont lie about being sent the wrong part or issues with the part as there were no parts sent as per repair bill
