First, totally professional yet empathetic, caring and helpful. Second, I was communicated to often to advise of status of repairs. Third, the repairs were excellent, well done and thorough. Additionally, the car was vacuumed, cleaned and polished -:it looked brand new. I was so impressed with the service I got from Merrick Collision. Starting from the ease of getting in the rental car and driving out of Enterprise only 15 minutes after i handed Joe my keys at his shop. Next, the constant communication with updates on timeline for when my car would be completed. Last, but certainly not least, the impeccable job they did on my repair, along with a cleaned car, inside and out! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
