During the windstorms of this past winter, the driver door was caught by the wind and ripped out of hand. This caused the door to receive damaged hinges as well as bends in the door. The door would not close properly. Before signing anything, Metal Creek shimmed the door to make it functional - no charge - no “you have to use us for repairs” - just honest helpful folks who wanted to help. Flash forward after waiting to get in for repairs, they were able to fix the door and hinges and paint and make it like it never happened. The vehicle was returned spotless. They even had it done well within their quoted time. Their team reminded us in advance of the appointment, kept us up to date and are truly wonderful to work with. In the event any future body work or paint is needed, Metal Creek will be the only place I go.

They quickly let me know that it would take longer because bumper came damaged. If they had checked earlier they might have ordered it before it was time to work on it.

First and to me most important. The lot is full, obviously very busy. Unlike most business in that shape the staff were all friendly, patient and professional. Communication about the work and appointments, excellent and like the old days with real customer service. Work completed was top notch.
