I'm beyond impressed with the repair; my car door looks brand new and functions perfectly. The craftsmanship is flawless, and you’d never know there was any damage—highly recommend! And for an added bonus, my car had been washed inside and out. What a delightful surprise!

People were very nice I liked them but service was not both cars we brought in still had problems after taking them window still not working on one and other not completely but back together and front part in different language and when we aske about it we were told be should be able to figure it out. Needless to say we have made appointment with our regular mechanic to fix errors made.

Disappointing. People were very friendly but workmanship was very poor. They fixed or were supposed to fix window on one vehicle and it is still broken it works intermittently so we avoid putting it down. The other vehicle was totalled but was working fine when I took it in. I had been using it for months before parts arrived mostly cosmetic so just had them put it back together so I could take it home and keep using ....well the back is still not completely put together kind of look like they just throw back in the parts to the back area of the car and the front part now talks in a different language when we called about it we were told we should be able to figure out how to reprogram it ourselves. We don't so we just bought it back from insurance and have not really driven it as we are waiting to get it into our regular mechanic so he can check it out reprogram the front part finish putting back together and make sure it is ok to drive.

I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Metal Creek! Truly great people and great service! They went above and beyond addressing all my concerns for my damaged vehicle. They welcomed me into their shop and allowed me to go over all the damages ,which is huge.

They finished early but I think that was at the detriment of my paint job. It has particles stuck in the paint. Holes in the paint and scratch marks all over the hood. And there is damage to my undercarriage where it was jacked up.
