Founded June 1, 1980 Founders: Jerry Cervak & The Late Jim Vacala In June of 1980, we opened a checking account with $65.00 and proceeded to buy business cards and hats and started Metal Mites Auto Body. Metal Mites was the name Jerry's wife created for metal caricatures that Jerry was making as a hobby. The company was located in Jerry's garage from June, 1980 to January 1, 1982 when we moved to 8916 Fairview, Brookfield. In December of 1985 we had the opportunity to purchase Falconer Wheel & Brake's building. After months of rehab we made the "big move" into our home at 36 East Quincy, Riverside on June 1, 1986. mechanic working on car body Over the past 20 years we have had many changes and challenges. Unfortunately in March of 1997 we suffered our biggest loss when Jim passed on. He is sorely missed and will not be forgotten. Superb customer service. After everything we went through due to the tow company our insurance company hired, we were beyond impressed with the help we were given as 1st time customers. Debbie went above and beyond for us, we were updated regularly, the car was finished on time and it looks and drives great again. I definitely would recommend this auto body shop to anyone who needs work done.

Extremely professionally run business. Debbie in the office went above and beyond assisting us with issues stemming from problems with our insurance selected tow. Our vehicle was also fixed and returned on the date promised. All the damage was fixed and the car looked fantastic when we picked it up. This is definitely a company I would recommend.
