I would like to share that Pat was very helpful during the initial inspection of my vehicle. When I returned to pick it up, Mark was equally helpful—he was very informative and maintained professionalism throughout the entire process. I must say, I did not expect to receive such consistent updates, and I was pleasantly surprised that my vehicle was ready well ahead of schedule. Overall, it was a great experience.

The guys over at auto Metro did an amazing job with my vehicle (Honda civic 2016) only thing I didn't like was that my interior was dirty with dirt, and dust, but nothing really that bad, overall happy with the service

The job was completed before the date given and in a timely fashion. Customer Service was great. Car was picked up it was the evening and raining. So I can't wait to see the job in the sunlight so I can say job well done. But overall Customer Service was on point.

Broke my front license plate cover. Dry cleaned the dust and left micro scratches all over my vehicle. I had to contact them to get updates on my vehicle. Took two weeks longer than what they estimated but never contacted me to update me I had to call for updates.
