I recently had my first experience needing a collision repair as an independent woman, and while I was thankfully not physically hurt in the accident, it definitely shook me up. I was referred to Metro Collision by a friend who used to work in the industry, and I figured if he trusts them with his friends and family, that says a lot. From the very first phone call, I felt taken care of. The receptionist was kind! Wade was so reassuring, walked me through every step of the process so I always knew what to expect. The technicians even gave me helpful tips on where to find a good deal on new tires, and made things easier by suggesting the rental company would get me to and from the shop without any added stress. What really stood out was the level of communication. The owner personally called with updates, which meant so much during a time that already felt overwhelming. The estimated repair timeline was spot on, and when I picked up my vehicle, I was honestly blown away. It was the cleanest I have ever seen it, inside and out, they truly went above and beyond. Every detail was handled with care, and I was treated with genuine kindness during a stressful time. I would absolutely recommend Metro Collision to anyone needing repairs.
