While it took a little longer than I expected, a DC Inspection Officer asked who completed the work and then gave high compliments about the work that was done.

There was one spot that iI wanted repaired and the repair that was done wasn't what i had identified - it was a small part replaced, not the a scrapes that i had thought was what we were going to fix. A minor misunderstanding. But I can’t say I was completely satisfied because of that. The rest of the work was great.

other than their workflow of not starting on a vehicle and continuing to work on it until its finished, i would recommend metro motors. My vehicle was ready in a reasonable time period and looked good as new, and they cleaned it. They also returned the rental for me, which adds to the convenience factor.
