I really appreciated my overall experience with Metro Collision. The staff was professional, thorough, and kept me informed throughout the repair process. The only area I found a little frustrating was the fluctuation in my expected pickup date, but I understand that they wanted to take the time necessary to be thorough and make sure everything was done correctly. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend Metro Collision.

The car looks great. 4.5 stars out of 5 for the repair work and the customer service. Unfortunately there was an issue with a damaged window that extended the time the car had to be in the shop. That was disappointing.

Along with their good natures and excellent customer service, all the personnel I dealt with were wonderful. They patiently answered all my many questions, expressed caring and humor and always made certain that they checked to get the right answer. Highly recommend
