My Experience

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with MGA Collision Center. During the repair of my Lexus, MGA removed the front bumper but failed to properly reinstall and secure the inner fender liner. Because it was left loose, the liner began flapping and rubbing against the front passenger tire while I was driving. It has now been chewed up and damaged. This is not a minor cosmetic issue—it is a serious safety concern. I do not feel safe driving the vehicle because the damaged liner continues to rub against the tire, and I am concerned that the tire may also have been damaged. I have contacted MGA asking whether the replacement part has been ordered and when the vehicle will be repaired, but my recent messages have not received a response. I trusted MGA to return my vehicle in a safe and properly assembled condition. Instead, I now have a vehicle I cannot safely drive because of an issue caused during MGA’s repair. I expect MGA to contact me immediately, replace the damaged inner fender liner and all necessary fasteners at no cost to me, inspect the tire for damage caused by the rubbing, and repair or replace anything else affected. I also need a clear timeline for when this will be completed. I expect MGA to take responsibility and make me whole.

My Experience

I had an excellent experience with MGA Auto Collision from start to finish. There are five star Google reviews are what attracted me to this shop. Upon entering I was greeted with smiling employees named Meghan and CC. Worth noting, is the customer area and entire office space was incredibly clean and I was offered a cold water almost immediately. I filled out a short form and turned the keys over with reassurances that I would be updated weekly on the repair. It turns out they update their customers twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays I get a text or an email or both letting me know what’s the status of my repair. They gave me a completion time of 2 1/2 weeks. Two short weeks later my vehicle was ready. When I say ready I mean May it looks like new and is detailed and washed inside and out. How much did it cost me?? I’m not sure because they handled everything with the insurance company… which is the way I like it. I’m at the owner while visiting the shop one day he’s friendly and incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to anything Autobody. The repai Honda pilot r was stellar. Only OEM parts were included in this repair and as I walked around the facility I noticed the equipment looks brand new and totally modern. I was so relieved when I picked up my car and it was perfect. It’s a breath of fresh air to be in a Collision Center where the customer is the highest priority from the FRONT DESK to technicians working in the bays. MGA Collision I hope I never need you again but if I do you are the only shop I know I can trust.thank you!

Extremely satisfied with this Auto Collision Center. Clean, professional space for technicians to work and customers to relax. I was greeted with a warm smile and cold beverage upon the front office. Everyone there knew what to do and gave me clear simple directions to complete the form and discuss my vehicle. They used only OEM parts for my Honda pilot! They said my car would be done in 2 1/2 weeks. I picked it up too! It looks brand new. Other Collision centers don’t seem to care as much about customers because they get paid from insurance companies. MGA Auto cares about you (and me) the customers! I didn’t have to call once for an update on my vehicle because MGA Auto Collision sent out a text twice a week letting me know exactly where in the process my vehicle is. Super cool and smart way to do business! Totally satisfied with my service and repair from MGA Auto Collision!
