Fix Auto Tempe is a family, locally owned and operated collision repair facility that has been in continuous operation since 1988. Thank you for your amazing work on my car! It's like brand new again! I'm especially impressed with communication! I was getting "daily" updates! And the turnaround was quick! I stopped by on Wednesday, you got the parts in 2 days. Dropped off my car Thursday and got my car back by Wednesday! Very impressed! Thank you!

10 stars here. FRIENDLY,, RESPONSIVE,, KNOWLEDGEABLE,, VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION. Almost all of my communication was down over the phone from out of state. Daughter had just moved to Phoenix area. Did not know anyone. She was hit in her parking garage,, twice. The second incident was 36 hours after completion of first repair. Ugh Third incident was in her new parking garage. I looked up Fix Auto Tempe online, liked the reviews, so I took a chance. Ironically they were one of State Farm’s approved body shops. Unfortunately,, I needed their body repair services a total of 3 times in 2 1/2 months,, Ugh 😂😂. I think we are on their Christmas list now. Great repair team.. Happy with repairs. Kristi (spelling?). Was knowledgeable and facilitated the process quickly and seamlessly. Andy was great to talk with about options. I hope I never have to visit them again 😂😂😂. but they would be my first choice. Rental car process was quick and easy and I was able to just leave rental at Fix Auto Tempe when I picked up my car. Was treated with dignity and respect which doesn’t always happen with single or young female in relation to the auto world. Can’t say enough good about Fix Auto Tempe.
