From the first time walking into the office I was greeted with a very friendly office receptionist. Who explained the whole process. Then I meet Joe who walked out to see the damage on my car and also explained the repair process and would give me updates. They arranged the car rental and that process was smooth and easy. The workmanship was beautifully done. The auto detail on my car was excellent and they repaired a front side passenger window that I didn't expect. I'm very satisfied with the whole process. It was easy and everything was handled professionally.

I will always recommend fix auto collision. This is the fourth or fifth vehicle that they repaired now please don’t judge. We are not the type of people that go around trying to have accidents. We just seem to have people that just don’t know how to be driving here in Arizona. Lol

I'm going out on a limb here and trusting that they did all the repair work properly even though I did never get photos or anything. I'm trusting the online reputation that they have and the level of email support that I got.

I asked for some photos of the repair work and I never got them and sometimes it's a little slow to get responses for certain things. But I understand that they're very busy in the shop and greatly appreciate the work that's been done there very much.

I've asked multiple times for pictures of their prayer work that was done or pictures from the roof and never received them. But aside from that it has been pretty good and above and beyond in some instances. Several jobs / payments were paid. A substantial amount of work and money was involved so I was hoping that I wouldn't have to ask repeatedly for pictures of the completed work due to being overseas.
