Some scratches still remained on the area of impact. Inside the trunk the technicians did not reorganized the carpet and left the lower area opened. My dashcam wires were all over the place as again the technicians did not reorganized the inside and cleaned where they worked on or were inspecting. No one leaves their work area messy especially for the price the insurance had to pay for it. My passenger side rear light cover was popped up. The reps insisted it's the heat but we and others do not believe that as it was only outside for less than a week and the light was not popped off in the first place.
