I had an amazing experience with Michael J’s Auto Body Shop! The entire process was seamless and stress-free from start to finish. Sergio was my main point of contact and was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the repair process. The Enterprise rental-car arrangement was also so convenient. They picked me up directly from the body shop to get my rental, and once my car was ready, I was able to leave the rental at Michael J’s for Enterprise to pick up. Lee was especially helpful on pickup day and thoughtfully advised me to take a video of the rental car beforehand, just in case. When I picked up my car, I was honestly amazed—it looked completely brand new! They even included a complimentary car wash, which was such a wonderful finishing touch. I’m beyond pleased with the quality of the repair and the exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Michael J’s Auto Body Shop!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Michael J’s Auto Body. If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would. I first found Michael J’s after my first accident. AAA gave me a list of shops, and the first place I contacted left me feeling even more overwhelmed than I already was. It was my first accident, I had no idea how the process worked, and I was already upset. Instead of walking me through everything, I was left with more questions and uncertainty. Then I called Michael J’s, and the difference was immediate. From that very first phone call, it felt like I was talking to an old friend. They were kind, patient, reassuring, and incredibly clear about what needed to happen. They walked me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions, kept me updated, and made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. Unfortunately, I ended up in a second accident not long after. I was honestly so embarrassed that I didn’t even want to call them! But when I finally picked up the phone and explained what happened, there was absolutely no judgment. They were just as caring and understanding as they had been the first time. Once again, they walked me through everything, told me exactly what needed to be done, arranged to have my car towed to their shop, and kept me updated every step of the way. Beyond the incredible customer service, their work is fantastic. The quality and attention to detail are unmatched. You can tell this is a family-oriented shop that genuinely cares about the people who walk through their doors. They don’t make you feel like just another car or insurance claim. They make sure you feel seen, heard, informed, and taken care of. And I have to give a special shout-out to Sergio, who worked with me through both accidents. I truly cannot say enough good things about this man. He genuinely cares about what he does and, more importantly, about the people he is helping—and it shows. He was patient with every question, kept me informed, reassured me when I was stressed, and never once made me feel like I was a bother. Having the same person there to guide me through both experiences made such a difference. Sergio is an incredible representation of what customer service should look like, and Michael J’s is lucky to have him. Michael J’s has absolutely earned a customer for life. Hopefully I won’t need an auto body shop again anytime soon 😂, but if I ever do, there is no question where I’m going. If anyone I know ever needs auto body work, Michael J’s will be the first place I send them. A big thank you to Sergio and everyone at Michael J’s for going above and beyond for me not once, but twice. You made two really stressful experiences so much easier, and I genuinely appreciate the way you treated me and the incredible work you did on my car. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough.
