Would have been a 10 except had some slow communication with the insurance company and estimates to them was slow. Timeline given to me was sending in the estimate was late by about 5 days. Once the estimate got to the insurance company, things went very smoothly and communication improved and was excellent.

See previous comments. Another communication glitch was when I called in to check on status of estimate to insurance company from Michael Js, I was told estimate had been sent. In fact it had not been sent.
