Michael J's did an excellent, wonderful job. Except it took seven weeks to get an appointment. When I called the Friday before my Monday morning appointment to see if everything was ready to go, they said Yes. Come Monday, there was a part that had not yet arrived, and the repair took four days. Not good when I'm paying out of pocket for my car rental while waiting. Given the excellent job, would absolutely use again, but with better communication and timing please.

The repair was great. Once I finally got my truck in to get reparied, was very happy with the end result. The estimate took a little while to receive (maybe a few weeks) and I had to call in a few times over the next couple of weeks to get on the schedule, it seemed like the shop was pretty busy, still all in all was ok and was able to get the truck in to be repaired in a decent time! Thanks to Sergio and the rest of the Michael J crew for the repair!
