Part shortages was an issue. I was informed upfront that this would be an issue. My only recommendation would be to call customers if completion date is expected to slip at least 24hrs in advance. I found myself calling they say the car was expected to be completed only to find out there would be a delay.

Fully recommend this place, as there are not so many places like that any more. They are professional, solid and caring about customer satisfaction. After a bad experience with another shop, which kept me waiting for 3 months for part on back order (with no updates from them, just me calling them and asking what's going on), I brought my car to Michael J's Body Shop on 597 W Taylor St, they completed the repair within one week, as promised, and were even able to save me some money, by charging me less than initial estimate was stating.
