My dealings with Brandon and Tom Yonker were excellent, but my dealings with your front desk were not as good from them giving me someone else’s estimate to being rather obstinate when I called and told them. I suggested that she stick the estimate in the mail when she told me to drive back over with it right then. Also, when my car was completed, I called to tell her the time that I’d be there to pick it up, which she told me to do, so the car would be out front and the keys and paperwork would be ready. I got there and that was not done.Both may be small things but left me feeling like your front office staff was not very competent.
