Mid Island really made the collision process so easy , streamline process with updates by text almost every other day. Contacted Audi after my accident and it seems like they all use Mid Island Collision as they are a certified Audi Shop. Communication was excellent. The finished product came out better than new !! Car looks amazing came back to me all detailed and looking good. Thanks to the entire staff you guys are the best !

Check over invoices before sharing them with customers. Blaming software for unwarranted or unnecessary charges feels lame. Especially when an individual is paying out of pocket. Though I can understand banging insurance.
