The 2 months turn over time for repair was ridiculous. They kept saying it’s r/t COVID etc but despite the delays r/t parts the texts were telling me 7-10 days left for pick up and that turned into more like 20 more days . Which made me have overage on my rental . And when I called to explore what can be done to rectify the issue I was told something may be able to come off thenowed amount to the shop . When it was time for pick up It wasn’t honored and pretty much “oh well it’s not my fault “ more or less was the answer I received frm the employees . Very dissatisfied

I received my car with a scratch and bulks of paint that overlapped on the side of my care that was repaired. To this day I have tape on my headlights and windows that’s extremely hard to come off My car on the inside isn’t only dusty when I put my heat or air conditioner on it smells like paint. I’m just so over this entire situation and process I am not happy
