The repair itself was great, no problems. The only thing was with the way everywhere has been short staffed they informed me it would be a couple months out. They put me on a list to be set up with an appointment then and they never called I thought it had been a really long time as I didn't call them immediately after the couple months and they seemed like they forgot about me. It took over a month to track down my parts and everything to get the job done at that point but once all this was then care of it was an easy process

Workmanship was really good, but communication and keeping promises lacked. Car was not ready when promised, and I had to reach out to them to find out about it. They should have called me.

Repairs were complete on Friday, and I was told they just needed to do a good cleaning Monday morning, and they would call me when it was ready. Having not heard from them, I had to call them shortly after noon on Monday, and was told a couple guys had called in sick, and it would be an additional day.

The advanced keyless lock system was working when we brought the car in. It was failed when we picked up the car. It is still fixed and I am left to solve the problem. The repair in the car was excellent.
