I asked that the car be parked in the garage overnight because I have a car is and after they said they had it done well I went there the next morning I found him parked outside with water just because the reason I wanted to put it inside they just washed it finish so I didn’t want any moisture on. It didn’t want your dust so far otherwise I had a happy time there.

I asked to put a tarp that I provided on the front seats to protect them, and it wasn't put on and parts were put on them. I also asked to put a tickle charger on the battery to keep the battery from loosing its full charge. When I picked up the van it had loosed some of its full charge.

The people I met with at the body shop were very personable and I enjoyed working with them. However, although the repair only took two days, I am now having to take the vehicle back because of overspray all over my truck. I’m waiting to see how that turns out. So I will be without a vehicle for the day while the overspray is being taken care of.

Great communication, got my vehicle in quick and was done very quickly. Perfectly done and my vehicle was very clean afterwards. They drove my vehicle back to my home since we were upnorth and done before scheduled date. Thank you Farm Bureau for great service also!!!! Win Win!!!

The only thing they missed was that I asked them to put air in the tire because I receive a low sensor when I pulled into the parking lot to drop off the Lincoln for the repair.
