I would never recommend this shop to anyone who actually values their time as it operates right now. Again, the quality of the repair was great, but, everything else was horrendous

As far as the quality of the repair, I couldn’t be happier. Everything looks and operates perfectly! As far as the timing, I am very displeased. I was told that this repair would take 1-2 weeks and it took 6… It was 10 weeks later from the time I originally came in to visit about the repairs on 5/13 to when I actually got the van back on 7/26. If I would have known it would have taken that long, I would have gone to a different repair shop. I appreciate the good work, but, considering I’m building out my van, I am now months behind and took a huge financial hit by waiting soo long for you to fix it. I really hope you can be more transparent and honest with your clients in the future on a realistic timeline for when their vehicle will be finished.

Going off my last comment, I was told basically every single week that “it will be done this week” for 5 weeks in a row… don’t make promises you can’t keep. I stopped buying groceries and had to keep changing my plans based on your lies because I was planning on moving as soon as I got my van back. This was extremely frustrating and caused me a big financial hit

Doug helped me out and even though I didn’t have time to stay in Colorado for all of the repairs (was on a vacation), he got my mirror replaced so I would have a safe drive home and gave me a lot of information on the best way to get the car fixed when I returned home.
