We really want to earn your business!.....And to do that we provide FREE Estimates, we will sanitize the door handles and interior of your vehicle, during the disassembly and blueprinting phase we measure EVERY chassis with a Matrix Wand 3D measuring system and provide a printout, when you sell or trade this vehicle you will be able to show with proof that the frame isn't damaged, we perform a pre and post computer scan searching for any codes that may have been set by the accident and we provide you with a printout, if your vehicle needs a wheel alignment we provide a printout to you showing the specs, we have techs that specialize in certain aspects of the repair, specifically, body repair, frame, mechanical, paint prep, painting, reassembly and cleanup. During the repair process you will receive updates on the status of the repair every work day. Our work performed has a lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. The employees I dealt with (John and Bob) were very accommodating and professional. The lead time was short and everything done on time. The body work and paint job was excellent. The only slight issue is I thought the vehicle should have been cleaner. The outside was not dirty but it did not appear to have been washed and the inside had a thin coating of dust that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. Not a big deal but if you want to really impress customers the vehicle should be cleaner than when you started. Thank you for an excellent job.

Midway was fantastic on day one. I got rear ended and needed a lot of work done to the back end. The insurance company of the person that hit me was extremely difficult to work with and refuse to pay for $1000 worth of work. Midway went out of their way multiple times to reach out to the insurance company to try to remedy things. They kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle every day and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. My vehicle came back on time, looking perfect. The perseverance of us working together, ultimately resulted in me receiving full payment from the insurance company. I highly recommend Midway and will use them again in the future.
