This is the second time that I've trusted Midway Auto Repair with my car. They did a wonderful job, and finished the repairs sooner than they said they would be completed. My car looks brand new!! They washed the car, and cleaned the interior as well. I appreciated the text messages informing me of their progress. I only hope that I won't have to use their services for a long time!! šš

"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of the complications related to my vehicle's repair. The pushback I received regarding these issues was unwarranted. John's lack of understanding and his assertion that Midway Auto bears no responsibility for the faulty repairs are concerning. The subsequent repair shop identified and resolved the issues within two hours the following morning. Had a thorough test drive been conducted post-repair, these issues would have been apparent.
