The communication was horrible. I had to call. No one ever called me to tell me they were having problems with get parts. I was told it would take 6 days and it took two weeks. I am not happy with the service at all

Yeah you guys did a good job but it took a few days longer than what was told and also I was told that you were going to fix my back bumper out of the blue I never asked it would just said to me so I expected that and it didn't happen so little disappointed in that but overall it was a good service

Brad kept in touch with the progress of my car repair and helped me do temporary fix to use the car while parts were ordered and approvals given after he knew I didn't have car rental on my insurance saving me some out of pocket expenses. For such a bad experience on how the car was damaged, AAA and Brad made it a easier experience until it was repaired and my car looks and rides perfect again! Thank you very much. I have been a loyal customer of Dorian Ford and will continue to be one.
