We call and leave messages looking for updates and wait days to hear back, and then we decide to just call Again to see if we have any luck getting any information. Example: our car was supposed to be done last Wednesday for the second time we called on Monday to confirm that never heard anything then received a automated messaging like this one saying our car was done so we were calling to confirm it was before we headed down to pick it up only to find out that a piece was broke when they were putting it back together so they had to delay it being done by one day to get the new part. They got the new part put it on. We didn’t hear anything all day and then we called in left a message. We received a return call finally stating that the car radio needed to be reprogrammed by a dealer after they scanned the car to give us the keys and bring it home, and that they were going to schedule an appointment with a dealership to have that done,. That was last Thursday never received any updates since then and we’re still waiting on our car that we haven’t drove for almost 2 months.
