I had a positive experience working with Tod. Unfortunately, the experience with finding Hyundai Parts was negative. My car was vandalized like many Hyundais nationwide. Hyundai stopped manufacturing lower column covers for my 2011 Azera. Not purchasing a Hyundai in the future.
