The estimate of time needed for the repair was wildly inaccurate (and there were no repair surprises or parts delays). Quality of work was good but a relatively minor repair took nearly a month.

I have to bring it back on Monday picked up today literally drove around corner there is a vibration in underneath when driving 20 MPH or above something is not right. Reported it immediately and will bring back first thing Monday so someone can do a test drive with me. This issue wasn’t present prior to my car accident. Every time else is great. Bumper repair and wheel. Great work other than need more investigation into the vibration issue I would call it but not sure exactly what it could be.

They did a good job but we were without the car for nearly a month. In addition we believe they deliberately defaced a bumper sticker on the car.
