I was incorrectly informed on a completion date 3 times, I only had secured a rental for the a bit longer than the original quoted time frame, and due to a lack of communication in order to find a back up option, I was left without a car for a full week

After the initial time frame I was quoted , I stopped receiving updates on the status/ready for pickup timing and I had to call in myself. In particular, I was told it would be done 3 separate times, and upon receiving no updates on the supposed completion dates I myself reached out to check in at the end of the day and was informed of another delay
